Transfer Paper
We are confident that you will love our Transfer Paper. If you try it and you don't, you can return it for your money back (less shipping). We guarantee our papers when used with the printer and ink we recommended on our site. If you have questions about the compatibility with a different system, please contact us first before purchasing.
Ink
We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on ink.
Software
We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any software.
Printers
We do not stock, sell or service printers. Please reach out directly to the company you purchased your printer from if you have questions about returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@revealtransfers.com.
